Terms and Conditions for Online Shopping at BIA by Zaskia Mecca. Please read carefully before ordering. By placing an order on our Webstore, you are agreeing to the rules and conditions outlined below.

ORDERING PROCESS

1. Customers can choose the desired product by clicking 'add to cart.'
2. Orders received will be shipped on the same day if the payment process is completed before 3:00 PM.
3. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or other holidays will be processed on the next working day.
4. The listed product prices do not include shipping costs.
5. We ensure that the listed prices are correct. If there is a pricing error on the product you ordered, we will inform you promptly and give you the option to proceed with the order or cancel it.
6. Purchased items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a prior agreement.
7. If the product you receive is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately for further steps.

SHIPPING PROCESS

1. Items will be shipped after we receive payment + shipping costs (the price listed in the catalog does not include shipping costs).
2. Customers can track order status through status updates and shipping receipts sent to their email address.
3. Delivery time depends on the destination area and the type of shipping package selected.
4. Product shipments are only carried out using the available shipping services on our website.
5. Once we hand over the items to the expedition, it becomes the responsibility of the expedition. However, if any issues arise, we will make every effort to resolve and assist in resolving the issue.

ORDER CANCELLATION

To avoid unpaid orders for various reasons, the Webstore reserves the right to CANCEL CUSTOMER ORDERS. The ORDER CANCELLATION process will be carried out after the following stages:

1. Orders have not been paid or transferred for more than 2 hours.
2. Shipping address/Email/Contact Number appears fictitious and cannot be verified.
3. If the order is not confirmed within 2 hours, the system will automatically cancel the order.

RETURN POLICY

1. Must include a video unboxing from start to finish without interruption.
2. Do not lose the shipping label form.
3. Returned products must not be damaged, dirty, or washed.
4. Complaints and returns can only be filed if there is an error on our part.
